Refund Policy

At Pickleball Clubhouse, we strive to provide an exceptional experience for our members and visitors. Please review our refund policy for cancellations, memberships, and events.
1. Membership Refunds
-Membership fees are non-refundable, except in cases of extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical issues).
-Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@pickleballclubhouse.com and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
2. Event Cancellations
-If an event is canceled by Pickleball Clubhouse, a full refund will be provided.
-If you need to cancel your participation in an event, cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund.
-Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Private Court Rentals
-For private court rentals, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance for a full refund.
-Late cancellations or no-shows will not be refunded.
4. Merchandise Returns
-Merchandise purchased from our Pro Shop may be returned within 30 days of purchase with a receipt.
-Items must be in new, unused condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
-Customized or personalized items are not eligible for refunds.
